Pages & Navigation
Your site comes with a set of pre-built pages and navigation tabs. Below we just need a few details to customize the most important ones for you.
Your base build includes these pages and tabs:

🔍 Search Menu — Property search with default filters (Search All, New Construction, Open Houses, Foreclosure, Short Sale, Price Reduced)
🏡 Seller Resources Tab — Up to 5 dropdown menu options (Home Value lead capture page included by default)
🔑 Buyer Resources Tab — Up to 7 dropdown menu options (Mortgage Calculator, School Search & Down Payment Assistance included by default)
📍 Locations — Up to 3 highlighted areas/cities
🧮 Calculator Page — Default free real estate calculators found online; custom calculators (like those on ishimine.kw.com) are an upgrade add-on
➕ More Tab — Standard default options (Leave a Review, Book a Consultation, Local School Search, etc.)
📍 Location Highlights Required
Each location gets its own dedicated page — great for SEO and showing local expertise.

For each slot: give it a name (what it will say in the menu) and paste the link to your material. Leave any row blank to skip it.

Your Buyer tab already includes a Mortgage Calculator, School Search, and Down Payment Assistance by default. You have 4 remaining dropdown slots — add your own buyer materials below. Leave blank and we'll use standard buyer content.

⚡ Additional Custom Pages Optional Add-On
Want pages beyond what's included in the base build? You can request custom pages — things like specialty landing pages, neighborhood spotlights, a vendor page, a team page, etc.
Custom pages are $75 each. Describe what you'd like below and we'll confirm the scope and pricing when we follow up.
